Sa7a means health in Arabic.
I created the snack I couldn’t find.
When I started working a corporate job, long days at a desk changed the way I ate. My snacking habits got worse, and hitting my daily protein target became harder than it should have been.
The options around me were either not satisfying, not convenient, or simply did not give me what I was looking for. I wanted something crunchy, flavourful, high in protein and fibre, and easy to keep at work. When I couldn’t find it, I decided to create it. That idea became Sa7a.
